What your purchase includes
US$19.99 paid once provides 12 calendar months of downloads and updates for one company’s Excel model. US$59.99 paid once provides 12 calendar months of downloads for the whole catalog, including model updates and new company models added during your access period. Access starts when payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal or fixed update cadence. Excel files you download remain usable after the access period ends. Product pages describe each current model’s contents, date, currency and assumptions. Review the final price and currency before paying.
Single-user license
Each purchase is for one user. You may edit the workbook privately and use it for your own professional analysis. You may share your analytical outputs, including in professional or client work. You may not share or resell the source workbook, a modified workbook, a reusable copy of it, or your download-access link. This purchase does not provide editable workbook access to a team or to your clients.
Seven-day problem refund policy
We offer a full refund of the affected purchase for a verified duplicate charge, a defective original file, a material mismatch with the product description at purchase, or failed delivery. Report the issue within seven calendar days of delivery, or within seven calendar days of payment if the product has not been delivered. Include your purchase email, order reference, model and a short description of the problem. Email shaolong@bytefusionlabs.us; do not send card details or passwords. Your statutory rights remain available. This voluntary seven-day policy does not shorten mandatory rights or prevent us from considering a later request under those rights.
Payment-verified digital delivery
These are digital Excel files; no physical item is shipped. Once Stripe payment is verified, we email a secure access link to the address provided at checkout. The link is valid for 30 minutes and requires you to confirm access. You can request a fresh link by email during your purchased access period. Downloads are limited to the models included in your purchase. Check your spam folder and contact shaolong@bytefusionlabs.us if delivery fails. A checkout return page alone does not provide download access.
Consumer rights and questions
